To strengthen the commitment of all stakeholders at IFFCO and to uphold the highest standards of Integrity , Transparency and Accountability in work , IFFCO Kandla Unit Observed “Vigilance Awareness Drive-2022” on 9th and 10th November-2022 with the theme “Vigilant India-Developed India”.
The Inauguration was marked by an Integrity Pledge taking ceremony by Joint MD of IFFCO Shri Rakesh Kapur in online webinar mode where he addressed all IFFCO employees and encouraged them to maintain best practices in our work culture inspired by the ethical values of Integrity. Director (HR & Legal) Shri R.P. Singh praised IFFCO Vigilance Department and discussed various measures to be practiced to be vigilant at our workplace.
IFFCO Kandla unit also organized various program during two days of “Vigilance awareness Drive-2022” like – Slogan, Poster, Elocution and Quiz competition, in which a huge participation was observed by employees and their dependents. A Vendors meet was also organized to interact with stakeholders in which a number of Contractors, Suppliers and Vendors participated.
The program concluded on 10th November 2022, in presence of Shri O.P. Dayama, Executive Director-Unit Head, Kandla Unit. Shri Ravi Jaiswal – Vigilance Officer, presented the details of various events held during “Vigilance awareness Drive-2022”. Shri O.P. Dayama appreciated the active participation of all during the Vigilance awareness Drive and also awarded prizes to the winners of various competitions. Key officials along with representatives of IFFCO Employees union and IFFCO Officers Association were also present during the said program. ઈફ્કો કંડલા દ્વારા તકેદારી જાગૃતિ અભિયાન ની ઉજવણી
ઈફ્કો ખાતેના તમામ હિતધારકોની પ્રતિબદ્ધતાને મજબૂત કરવા અને કાર્યમાં અખંડિતતા, પારદર્શિતા અને જવાબદારીના સર્વોચ્ચ ધોરણોને જાળવી રાખવા માટે, ઈફ્કો કંડલા યુનિટે 9મી અને 10મી નવેમ્બર-2022ના રોજ “જાગ્રત ભારત-વિકસિત ભારત” થીમ સાથે “તકેદારી જાગૃતિ અભિયાન -2022” ની ઉજવણી કરવામા આવી.
ઈફ્કોના જોઈન્ટ એમડી શ્રી રાકેશ કપૂર દ્વારા ઓનલાઈન વેબિનાર મોડમાં ઈન્ટિગ્રિટી શપથ ગ્રહણ સમારોહ દ્વારા ઉદ્ઘાટન ચિહ્નિત કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જ્યાં તેમણે ઈફ્કોના તમામ કર્મચારીઓને સંબોધિત કર્યા હતા અને અખંડિતતાના નૈતિક મૂલ્યોથી પ્રેરિત અમારી કાર્ય સંસ્કૃતિમાં શ્રેષ્ઠ પ્રથાઓ જાળવવા પ્રોત્સાહિત કર્યા હતા. નિયામક (એચઆર અને કાયદો) શ્રી આર.પી. સિંહ, ઈફ્કો વિજિલન્સ વિભાગની પ્રશંસા કરી અને કાર્યસ્થળ પર સતર્ક રહેવા માટેના વિવિધ ઉપાયોની ચર્ચા કરી.
ઈફ્કો કંડલા યુનિટ દ્વારા પણ “તકેદારી જાગૃતિ અભિયાન -2022” ના બે દિવસ દરમિયાન વિવિધ કાર્યક્રમોનું આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેમ કે – સ્લોગન, પોસ્ટર, વક્તૃત્વ અને ક્વિઝ સ્પર્ધા, જેમાં કર્મચારીઓ અને તેમના આશ્રિતો દ્વારા વિશાળ ભાગીદારી જોવા મળી હતી. હિતધારકો સાથે વાર્તાલાપ કરવા માટે વિક્રેતાઓની મીટનું પણ આયોજન કરવામાં આવ્યું હતું જેમાં સંખ્યાબંધ કોન્ટ્રાક્ટરો, સપ્લાયર્સ અને વિક્રેતાઓએ ભાગ લીધો હતો.
ઈફ્કો કંડલા યુનિટના એક્ઝિક્યુટિવ ડાયરેક્ટર-યુનિટ હેડ શ્રી ઓ.પી. દાયમાની હાજરીમાં 10મી નવેમ્બર 2022ના કાર્યક્રમ નો સમાપન સમારોહ યોજાયો. શ્રી રવિ જસવાલ- તકેદારી અધિકારી, “તકેદારી જાગૃતિ અભિયાન -2022” દરમિયાન યોજાયેલા વિવિધ કાર્યક્રમોની વિગતો રજૂ કરી. શ્રી ઓ.પી. દાયમાએ તકેદારી જાગૃતિ અભિયાન દરમિયાન તમામની સક્રિય ભાગીદારીની પ્રશંસા કરી અને વિવિધ સ્પર્ધાઓના વિજેતાઓને ઈનામો પણ એનાયત કર્યા. આ કાર્યક્રમ દરમિયાન મુખ્ય અધિકારીઓ, ઈફ્કો એમ્પ્લોઇઝ યુનિયન અને ઈફ્કો ઓફિસર્સ એસોસિએશનના પ્રતિનિધિઓ એ પણ હજારી આપી હતી.
